CEB proposes 5% hike to fill revenue gap

Oct 3 (EN) Sri Lanka's state-run CEB has proposed a 5% tariff hike across the board, saying it was responding to a 5% gap in revenues identified by the regulator for the next six months based on the costs of the utility.
