Law entrance dispute: SC grants candidates’ petition special leave

Oct 13 (Island) Supreme Court recently granted special leave to a petition of appeal filed by twenty one students who sat the Law College entrance examination, hoping to enter Law College for the academic year 2014. Oct 14 (CG) The police have taken over investigations into the Avant Garde vessel after the Navy filed a complaint in Galle today.
