Over 20 foreign AIDS patients at ICAAP vanish

Sep 23 (LD) The 8th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP) was held at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Convention Hall (BMICH) on the 19th of August. Dengue epidemic looms

Sep 23 (SAMN) With at least 16 deaths and nearly 4,000 cases reported so far this year, health officials have declared a week-long war against dengue beginning Monday. As part of this, people are being requested to play a major role by clearing mosquito-breeding places so that dengue won’t reach epidemic proportions with the onset of the northeast monsoon. Welioya Diversion Project to benefit 7,000 families

Ravana is a hero for Sinhala nationalists
