Aug 4 (BBC) A Sri Lankan woman who tried to cross over to Greece in a boat was found dead on a beach in Samos island in Aegean sea, authorities said. A spokesman for Greek Ports Authority told BBC Sandeshaya that the woman whose body found on Thursday was identified as 30-year old Sri Lankan national Rathnasingham Janaki. Twelve Afghan nationals, including two children, were rescued on Thursday after their boat capsized, the spokesman said.
