Sept 23 (ATO) A Sri Lankan expatriate was arrested for touching a Kuwaiti woman inappropriately even though he claimed that he was just giving her a handshake as a way of greeting her. Video shows mother severely beating 6yr-old

Sept 23 (DM) A video showing a 38-year-old mother severely beating her 6-year-old daughter at Kopai in Jaffna had been uploaded to a social media website by one of their neighbors.
