E-procurement seen reducing corruption, costs in Sri Lanka

Nov 17 (EN) Shifting to an electronic procurement system could yield big efficiency gains for both the govt and private sectors in Sri Lanka, cutting costs, improving transparency and fairness in tenders, and reducing corruption, according to Verité Research. 174 complaints against pharmacies not adhering to price reductions
