Exchange programmes between SL & Korea

Dec 25 (DN) Korea and Sri Lanka agreed to exchange knowledge and experience in labour field and also to implement exchange programmes. The two countries also agreed to exchange knowledge and experiences on social security schemes and prevent workplace accidents, a Labour and Trade Union Relations Ministry spokesman said. Moves to curtail sugar consumption

Dec 25 (Island) The Health Ministry said yesterday that steps would be taken to implement a special circular issued last November to reduce sugar levels in hot beverages at eating houses by first setting an example in govt institutions.
