Hotels told of financial gains of cleaner production

Mar 20 (LBO) Sri Lankan hotels stand to make financial gains by adopting cleaner production methods if done in a systematic manner, the head of the hotel trade body has said. Mar 20 (Xinhua) A train derailed Thursday evening in the northern suburb of Sri Lanka's capital Colombo but no passenger was injured, railway authorities said. Mar 20 (Guardian) R Sabesan, a humanitarian worker for CARE Sri Lanka, died yesterday after being struck by a shell which partly severed his leg.
