June 18 (FP) A Sri Lankan engineer from Veyangoda, Rankoth Pathirana has manufactured a vegetable and fruit dehydration machine that can be operated without fuel. A popular method of preserving vegetables and fruits is dehydration. June 18 (Reuters) Tamil rebels have rejected a request to lay-down or decommission their weapons before peace talks, saying they can still win the war against government forces.
