    2 Egg yolks
    1 tsp Mustard paste
    Splash of vinegar
    100 ml olive oil
    100 ml sunflower oil

    In a food processor add the egg yolks mustard paste, splash of vinegar and the oil and blend it for 15secs only. Then season it with salt and pepper.

    Consume within a day or two.
