    Raita for Tandoori cooked meat, fish or chicken.

    Two cups of plain yogurt
    One small cucumber - peeled and diced very small
    One teaspoon crushed garlic
    One teaspoon lemon juice

    Prepare the cucumber, gently mix in the crushed garlic and lemon juice.
    Add the above mixture to the yogurt and let stand for two hours in the refrigerator.
    When your meat (or other) is cooked and is ready, serve refrigerated raita with it.
    Very tasty and refreshing. Cools down the heat of the tandoori food.
