Pesto Sauce and Pasta

    Ingredients

    2 cups of fresh basil leaves
    1/2 cup of olive oil
    1/3 cup of pine nuts
    2 cloves of garlic
    a pinch of salt
    a box of bow-tie pasta


    Method

    In a blender, blend the olive oil, chopped basil leaves, chopped
    cloves of garlic and pine nuts unti it becomes a snooth pure'.
    Add salt to tase.

    Cook the bow-tie pasta until it is "al-dante'" and mix in the
    pesto sauce. Mix will and serve with grated parmesean cheese and
    chilli flakes if you so desire.
