    1.5 cups plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 cup fresh mango pulp
    1/2 cup milk or cold water
    1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
    Salt to taste

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Add the ice and blend until frothy or serve over crushed ice.

    *Fresh, canned or frozen mango may be substituted for the mango pulp. If using a fresh mango, peel, remove the flesh from the pit and cut mango into small pieces before putting in the blender.

    3 servings.
