Chapatti Egg Masala Rolls

    2 onions
    2 tomatoes
    2 tsp.chillie powder
    1/2 tsp tumeric(optional)
    1/4t sp pepper powder.
    1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    3 eggs
    8-10 chapattis

    Method: Grind onions and tomatoes to a coarse paste. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the ground paste and stir till the raw smell disappears. Next add all powders, then the eggs with salt to taste and scramble it. Put a tablespoon of this mix on the chapatti and just roll it for a quick snack.
