1 tin tomato puree 1/4 lb grated cheese 2tbs powdered bread crumbs 1tsp made mustard A pinch of cayenne or finely powdered chillies Hot buttered toast Method Make the tomato puree by rubbing some fresh or tined tomatoes through a fine sieve. Add the other ingredients to the tomato puree and stir over the fire until hot but do not allow the mixture to boil.
