    1 small tin asparagus
    slices of buttered toast
    3ozs gruyere cheese
    1 small red and green pepper

    Method
    Arrange the asparagus on the
    slices of buttered toast.Cover
    with slices of gruyere cheese
    and brown under the grill.
    Decorate with strips red and
    green pepper.
