    2oz chocolate
    1oz sugar
    1 pint milk
    1 1/2 oz corn flour
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    2 tbsp milk

    Mix the cut up chocolate and 2 tbsp milk and dissolve over gentle heat.
    Dissolve corn flour in 1/4 cup milk. Heat the milk and add corn flour mix and the chocolate.
    Cook stirring, add sugar and vanilla essence.
    Serve with mock cream.
