Savoury Grape Jelly

    Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

    INGREDIENTS
    16 gm gelatin
    600 ml grape juice
    2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
    80 gm sugar
    250 gm seedless grapes
    A few sprigs of rosemary for garnish

    METHOD
    Dissolve the gelatin in 4 tbsp of hot water.
    Heat the grape juice to near boiling point and pour in the gelatin.
    Stir well, and add the rosemary, lemon juice and
    sugar to taste.
    Heat until the sugar dissolves.
    Put the grapes in the bottom of the glass dish and pour
    the mixture over them.
    Chill until set, and serve decorated with sprigs of rosemary.
