3 (70grams) instant dessert mix packets
1 Litre milk
1small tin condensed milk (150grams)
1 sweet apple peeled , finely sliced and cut into tiny pieces
1 pear peeled , finely sliced and cut into tiny pieces
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Thinly sliced pineapples (cut into rings)
In a pan, bring the milk to a boil.
Add the 3 instant dessert mix and the condensed milk into the boiling milk.
Give it a good stir for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the cut apple , pear and the vanilla essence into the boiling liquid.
Lower the flame and gently stir for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove the pan from fire and pour the contents into 8 dessert cups.
Place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Serve, topped with pineapple rings,
