Potato-Watercress Soup

    Ingredients:

    3 or 4 medium sized potato
    1/2 bundle watercress
    1/2 teasp black pepper powder
    salt to taste
    2 teaspful vegetable oil
    milk and water as desired.

    Method:

    Boil potato & mash them. Saute/temper watercress(preferably leaves) in a little oil. Blend both, add water & make into a puree. Add milk, pepper powder & salt and boil. Serve hot.
