POTATO CASSEROLE

    INGRDIENTS:
    4 potatoes
    1 green chilli
    4 tomatoes
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    2 slices bread
    oil for frying
    2 tsp butter
    2 tsp. fresh yeast
    1 tsp cooking sauce
    1 tsp chilli powder
    25 gms cheese
    2 tbsps coriander leaves chopped
    1 onion,chopped
    1 tsp sugar

    METHOD:
    Boil and mash the potatoes. Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze and add to the mashed potatoes. Add salt,coriander leaves & chilli . Make small balls out of the mixture. Flatten and fry the balls in oil till light brown. Arrange these patties into an oven proof casserole.

    Blanch the tomatoes and make a puree. Melt 2tsp of butter. Saute the onions,ginger garlic paste. Fry for some time and add the tomato puree, chillipowder,salt and sugar. Boil for 2 min. Remove and add the cooking sauce. Pour over the potato patties. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top bake in a preheated oven at 350 f for 30 min.
