5 Green Apples
1 Big Onion, chopped
1 Green Chili, chopped
1 tsp chopped Garlic
5-6 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Chopped Lemon grass
1/4 tsp turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Mustard
1 piece Cinnamon
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup water
2 tbs Thick Coconut milk
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar

Wash and cut apples with skin on into big pieces. Sprinkle a little salt and leave aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when it starts cracking add onions, green chili, garlic, curry leaves, lemon grass, cinnamon and saut?.

Now add the apples, chili powder, curry powder, turmeric, salt and mix well.

Pour in the water and cook on medium fire. When there's a little water left in the pan add the coconut milk, sugar and correct seasoning.

Apples cook really fast therefore make sure not to over cook. The curry tastes great just like cooked Mango/Ambarella Curry.
