Chillie-garlic prawns

    220gms prawns
    20gms red chillie
    30ml lemon juice
    30gms garlic
    15gms fresh coriander
    30ml olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    salt, pepper to taste

    Method:
    Clean prawns and marinate it with olive oil, chopped chillie, garlic, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pan-fry and add butter. Cook until done.
    Serve hot.
