Prawn Skewers With Lime and Green Onion

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1.5 kg uncooked prawns
    3 green onions
    2 tablespoons lime juice

    Peel and de-vein prawns leaving tails intact.
    Combine prawns, lime juice, oil and garlic in large bowl.
    Cut green onions into 4cm lengths. Thread 3 prawns onto each of 12 skewers, threading a piece of green onion after each prawn.
    Cook skewers in heated oiled grill pan or barbecue until browned on both sides and just cooked through.
