Squid Rings

    Ingredients
    Squid rings 500gms
    garlic 2 cloves crushed
    egg 1
    cornflour 1 tbsp
    milk 1 tsp
    toasted bread crumbs 1 cup approximately
    oil for deep frying

    METHOD
    Put squid and garlic in a bowl. Leave it for 15mins.Beat egg, cornflour and milk together. Dip squid rings into egg mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook as this will toughen the squids. Serve with dipping sauce.
