Chiken Pasta Salad

    300 grms Chicken Breast fillets
    1 tbsp Paprika
    3 cups Farfalle Pasta (bows) or any pasta shapes
    1/2 cup chopped semi-dried tomatoes
    100 gr chopped lettuce
    1 small sliced Red onion
    1 small sliced avocado
    2 tbsp Basil pesto
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Method:
    Coat chicken in paprika and grill or pan fry. Cook 3 cups of pasta. Drain. Combine Pasta, Chicken, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onion and Avocado. Combine Pesto and Lemon juice and drizzle over salad.
