1. 1 chicken
           2. 2 dessertspoons ground red onion
           3. 1 tsp saffron
           4. 1 tbs dry chillies
           5. 1 dessertspoon ground ginger
           6. 1 dessertspoon ground garlic 
           7. 20 cardamons powdered
           8. 1 clove
           9. 1 cinnamon
          10. 2 rampe
          11. 1 sera
          12. 25 karapincha leaves
          13. 2 tbs Ghee
          14. salt to taste
          15. 1 coconut          Method
 
          Cut the chicken into joints,wash and mix 
          with salt.Heat the ground ghee,fry the
          sliced onions,and when crisp set aside.
          Fry all the ground ingredients in the 
          same ghee,and browned put in the chicken.
          Then pour in the thick coconut milk and 
          the fried onions and the balanace     
          ingredients.Cook on a small fire until the 
          meat is tender.
