    800g boneless chicken thighs
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 packet indian chicken curry Spice Paste
    2 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander as garnish

    1)Mix Spicepaste with oil in a small bowl. pour the mixture over the meat.
    2)Marinate chicken and leave for at least 1 hour.
    3)pre-heat oven to roast for 40 minutes or until cooked.
    Baste at least twice with remaining marinde. Turn once Garnish and serve.
