Chilli Lamb Kebabs

    Soak bamboo skewers in water for about 1 huur to prevent them from scorching.
    1 kg lamb fillets
    1 birds eye chilli, copped finely
    2 tablespoons copped fresh thyme
    4 garlic cloves crushed
    2 tablespoons finely grated lemon rind
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

    Cut lamb into 3cm pieces.ComBINE lamb with remaining ingredients in large bowl.refrigertate 3 hours or overnight.Thread lamb onto 18 skewers.inbatched Cook skewers in batches.on heated grill plate( or griller barbecue).until browned all over and Cooked as desired.
