Bacon salad

    8-12 0z cooked bacon
    8oz.cooked new potatoes
    chopped mint
    chopped parsley
    4 tabel spoon mayonnaise
    1 tabel spoon tomato sauce
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1 dash lemon juice
    salt & pepper shredded lettuce,radishes cucumber.

    Dice bacon &potatoes & toss with the mint & Parsley.
    Blend together in a basin the mayonnaise Tabasco ,tomato sauces & lemon juice& season well.
    Add the bacon mixture & fold in carefully.
    Pile this mixture on to shredded lettuce
    Garnish with radishes & cucumber.
