    2 TEA SPOONS GRATED FRESH GINGER
    1 TABLE SPOON LIGHT SOY SAUCE
    1 TEA SPOON SESAME OIL
    1 TABLE SPOON CEYLON CURRY POWDER
    2 TABLE SPOONS COOKING OIL

    METHOD....
    CLEAN AND WASH PRAWNS.COMINE JUICE, GINGER,SOY SAUSE. SEASEME OIL AND SPICE IN BOWL. MIX WELL ALL TOGERTHER AND COVER.REFRIGERAT 1 HOUR.
    JUST BEFORE SERVING HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD PRAWNS COOK UNTILL TENDER. SERVING WITH SALAD
