    1 lb. brinjals
    1/2 lb. meat
    onions, green chillies, kara-pincha
    1 egg
    1oz. butter
    seasoning

    Steam brinjals for five minutes, cut into two and
    scoop out the pulp. Temper onions, green chillies, karapincha, add the boiled minced meat and seasoning.

    Remove from fire and fill the brinjals with it. Beat
    the egg and pour over it and bake for five minutes.
