10 Pieces of Chicken legs
2 cups of Dark Soya sauce
1/2 cup light soya sauce
2 table spoons of Vinegar (apple vinegar or any other)

Wash and dry the chicken legs. Mix two soya sauce and vinegar together. Arrange the chicken in a deep roasting pan. Pour 1 cup of water into the soya mixture. Pour over the chicken and bake in a pre-heated oven in high heat for 20 minutes. Turn over the chicken from time to time and pour over the liquid over the pieces.
Serve hot.
