 Chicken with Spinach 
 
 
 1/2 big onion or 5 small red onions Method: Saute/Temper onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves & red dried chillies. Add chicken pieces and allow them to get brown a little.  Add about  1/2  cup of water, black pepper powder, cloves, cardamoms, cooking wine, balsomic vinegar & salt to taste. When done, add a pkt of Spinach and  pre boiled red kidney beans.  Stir well and serve with hot rice.  ENJOY!!!!
