    Ingredients:

    500 grams of self-raising flour
    2 cups of coconut oil
    a pinch of salt
    enought water to make a dough

    Method:

    Mix flour, salt and enough water to make a non-sticky dough. Make small ball of the size of a table tennis ball. Pour the oil into a flat but deep bowl. Dip all the tiny balls dipped in this oil overnight well covered.

    Flatten them as much as possible and fry over a pre-heated frying pan. Add some oil to the pan to avoid burning. It may not take more than one minute for each godhamba.

    Serve with a chicken or mutton curry.
