    01 kg steam rice
    100 gm shrimps cut in to small pices
    100 gm calamari cut in to pices
    100 gm hammour fillet cut in to pices
    100 gm carrot cut in to julian
    100 gm leeks clean and cut in to julian
    100 gm cabbage cut in to julian
    50 gm celery clean and cut in to julian
    50 gm slice onion
    25 gm chopped garlic
    salt pepper and ajinomoto
    SWEET SOY SAUCE,oyster sauce,samble oleak
    NASI GORENG PASTE****
    ****Heat pan add oil and cook slice onion garlic and seedless fres red chillies until
    done.add shrimps paste and sweet soy sauce SAMBLE OLEAK and blend in to a paste.****


    METHOD***
    Heat pan add oil and cook sea food until done and keep a side. then same pan heat again add oil saute onion garlic julian vegetable and NASI GORENG PASTE add cooked sea food and steam rice mix well together WITH sweet soy sauce oyster sauce ajinomoto and salt.Then serve with fried egg on top of the rice.
