SPINACH ROTTI

    Ingredients:

    All purpose flour 250gms
    Butter 25 gms
    Grated coconut 4 tbsps
    salt
    Luke warm water

    Method:
    Mix all ingrdients together and make a dough
    Leave it for 2 hours. Make small balls and
    flatten it 1/2 inch thick. Grease a pan and
    turn the rotti on it, bake both sides untill
    light brown.
