Feb 10 (DM) Sri Lanka secured approximately US $ 1.48 billion in foreign development financing during the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, as the major multilateral partners ramped up budget support to stabilise the economy and respond to the devastating impact of Cyclone Ditwah. The IMF and ADB were the dominant financiers, collectively contributing nearly 80% of the total disbursed liquidity for the year.
