Budget deficit expands 9% Jan-Oct

Feb 27 (CT) During the first eleven months of 2021, revenue and grants received by the Govt increased 5%, according to data released by the Central Bank of SL, while State expenditure lending widened seven per cent leading to the budget deficit expanding 9%.
