Bankrupting SL: Govt debt passes Rs 10 Trillion

Oct 22 (CT) The Government's total outstanding debt increased by Rs 776.6 billion (8.3 per cent) to Rs 10,163.9 billion, as at the end of June 2017 from Rs 9,387.3 billion, as at the end of 2016, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) said.
